Delivery System Membership Agreement for the Atlantic Alliance

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Delivery System Participant Association of the Atlantic Alliance. As noted in our materials, becoming a member is easy. Simply review the Alliance Physician Compact and sign your attestation to agree to follow the requirements of The Compact. All members of a group under one TIN must join.

Physician Compact Requirements for Members of the Delivery System Participant Association

As a member of the Delivery System Participant Association in the Atlantic Alliance, we have reviewed the Alliance Physician Compact provided and agree to bind our physician providers to its requirements including the following:

• Adoption and adherence to physician-developed standards to improve quality and efficiency.
• Agreement to be measured and share information to facilitate measurement.
• Agreement to collaborate with Atlantic Alliance participants to improve performance.
• Agreement to promote, refer to, and communicate with Atlantic Alliance participants appropriately and effectively.
• Agreement to adopt technology offered and/or recommended by the Atlantic Alliance, including high-speed internet access, E-prescribing, an electronic medical record, disease registry and data exchange tools.

Attestation: As a member of the Delivery System Participant Association of the Atlantic Alliance, we agree to follow the above requirements to the best of our ability. We recognize that failure to follow these tenets as determined by the Atlantic Alliance Board may result in our removal from membership.
